Fate Stone Tier List — Reap and Rush

Ranked Fate Stones for Reap and Rush Early Access: best passive modifiers, element tags, and stones to skip.

Last updated:

Not all Fate Stones are equal — some define runs, others trap new players with shiny low-impact stats. This tier list ranks stones for Early Access general play, Five Elements resonance, and underworld duty farming. Full build templates: Fate Stone Builds. Item text: Fate Stones Items.

S Tier stones

Pierce Seal (Metal): mandatory for boss progression — How to Beat Bosses. Resonance Catalyst: counts as +1 tag toward any element when conditions met. Duty Ledger: massive Soul boost on duty complete — Underworld Duties.

A Tier stones

Cooldown Ink, magnet radius, extra Paper Craft slot — flexible without hard-locking element. Pair with Yin Spell Tier List picks.

B Tier stones

Situational resistances and biome-specific bonuses — grab when offered, do not chase in planner.

C Tier / trap stones

Stats that look large but do not scale with Souls — skip unless achievement constraints. No stone requires promo codes — Codes Page.

Element tagging priority

For resonance, tag quality beats raw stats — see Five Elements Builds. Envoy starters matter: Envoy Tier List.

Patch sensitivity

Stones are the most patched category. Re-check this list after Updates notes. Sketch sets in Build Planner.

Stones by run goal

Speed clears: pierce + cooldown + Fire tag. Duty farms: Duty Ledger + Earth tag + escort speed. Achievement chains: unique stones with non-combat triggers. Learning: Water slow stones forgiving aim. This framing beats raw S/A labels when you are not copying streamer highlight reels.

When tier list lies

Tier lists assume average shop RNG and biome three gates. If you are stuck in biome one, B-tier stat sticks can outperform S-tier resonance pieces you cannot complete yet. Build Planner simulates realistic tag paths; trust it over static labels when progress stalls.

Duplicate stone policy

Stacking duplicates of non-unique commons is fine early. Sell or reroll dead duplicates after resonance completes to free mental bandwidth — clutter causes mis-clicks in hectic shops. Unique stones never duplicate; if offered twice via bug, screenshot and report on Steam Community Hub.

Patch day stone review checklist

Read Updates → note pierce, duty, resonance keywords → retest S tier stones in one biome three run → update personal notes. Wiki tier labels follow within 48 hours of verified changes.

Tier list disclaimer and methodology

Rankings reflect July 2026 Early Access launch solo runs on mouse-and-keyboard with average shop RNG. Controller, future co-op, or post-patch reworks can shift placements within days — always read Updates before flaming a “bad” pick. We rank for general biome three clears unless a section says duty-only or achievement-only. Hybrid opinions belong in Build Planner experiments, not comment wars. When two entries feel close, pick the one matching your run goal from Getting Started.
